Silicone bands from TRENDXLOOM ® conform to ASTM F2923 Lead and CPSR Phthalates, tested at Insight Laboratories (Singapore). View our Full Report here.

 

Furthermore, our bands are made from Silicone, which is well accepted by most skin types and suitable for individuals who are allergic to latex.

 

We have also done snap tests on our bands and found that in the unfortunate scenarios where our bands snap, it hurts MUCH less than other products, and it is less likely to snap, "fly", and hurt the user.

 

 

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

We check through the products before mailing them out, but in the scenario where the items you received are not what you ordered, we apologise immensely for your disappointment. Let us know, and we will change it to the correct items.

However, if the goods were damaged during the delivery process, we are not liable for the damages.
